Pay for an app; don’t use this because it’s free

The app is awful; 2011 converts to 2012 making the 2011 return useless. It wouldn’t let me print 2012, 2013, 2013; I had to pay to get the returns. Then when I had to amend my returns, I had to pay again. I’ll pay for software for 2015. Nothing is worth the headaches with the malfunctioning app. I don’t know if the format is current to IRS standards; I’ve had all of my returns audited with this app. Not with others.
